Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Building, growing, and managing our communities online and offline around the brand, products, and organization.
  • Engaging with community members across various platforms (social media, forums, etc.).
  • Moderating discussions and upholding community guidelines.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand the community.
  • Curating content to keep community members engaged.
  • Monitoring trends and feedback within the community to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborating with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and customer experience.
