Chalé Global is a Ghanaian brand under Chale Clothing Limited Ghana founded & owned by designer Kurtis Kudjo and his brother.
We provide customizations like team names, numbers at an additional fee.
Payments
We have a range of secure payment options available for customers in Africa, such as MobileMoney (MoMo), Bank transfer and Debit Cards.
For customers outside Africa, we have PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, Amex, JCB, Maestro, Apple Pay & Google Pay
Shipping & Returns
We ship nationwide (Ghana), in all African countries and worldwide. International orders have three shipping options: Registered mail delivery , DHL & EMS Express delivery service.
All options provide tracking details for your parcels.
We process both local and international orders within 1 business day. Standard delivery within Ghana takes 1 business day to arrive.
International orders arrive within 7-10 days. Standard International delivery takes between 1-3 weeks while express shipping takes between 3-5 business days. All international shipments are tracked.
Please keep in mind delivery timelines are estimated depending on the local postal service in your country.
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address or contact, reach out to us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to effect the change.
Before and after we process your order, we will contact you to confirm your details so that we can then ship it to the correct address.

If any of our items do not meet your expectations, any unopened item may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Before sending the item back to us, please go into your account and fill out our Return policy form to receive a notice for your return eligibility. Please note, shipping costs are not included.
